  • Take over Tier 1 escalations and close them inside agreed SLAs.
  • Lead incident response for your region, including root cause work and written reviews.
  • Run joiners, movers and leavers, with lifecycle automation fed from HiBob.
  • Administer Entra ID users, groups, SSO, Conditional Access and MFA, plus regular access reviews.
  • Manage macOS and Windows devices through Intune, Apple Business Manager and MDM, covering patching, compliance and enrolment.
