Key Account Manager

About the role

An individual contributor sales role focused on launching a new kidney transplant therapy in the US market. The person will build the first sales foundation in a new territory and work across functions to hit launch revenue goals.

What you will do

• Create strategic account plans that identify key opportunities and stakeholders and lift product use in suitable patients.
• Cultivate lasting professional ties with prescribers, hospital staff, transplant teams and others along the care pathway.
• Work through complicated hospital, academic and transplant settings to reach decision makers and gain access.
• Answer customer questions within approved labeling and sales training, routing inquiries to the right partners.
• Track account decisions affecting access, such as formulary placement and inclusion in electronic medical records, and plan responses.
• Coordinate with market access, medical, operations, marketing and trade colleagues on territory and national issues.
