What you will do

• Design, deploy and run AI agents for sales, lead handling, support, scheduling and back office
• Build and maintain fast, conversion-focused websites for each portfolio company
• Own hosting, security, access and costs, with every account kept in the company's name
• Keep every system documented so another engineer could take it over

A typical week

• Build or improve AI agents for one portfolio company's sales or support flow
• Ship features on an internal or customer app, then test with real users
• Fix integrations between a CRM, payment provider or phone system
• Review hosting, security and costs across accounts
• Document a system so it can be handed over

What they look for

• Production experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks running in live workflows
• Experience with CRM, payment and telephony integrations
• A portfolio or GitHub to walk through
• Comfortable switching between several businesses each week

Nice to have

• Startup founder or first-engineer experience
• Mobile app experience with React Native or similar
• Background in sales-driven businesses such as field sales, home services or rentals
