About the role

Full-stack engineers on a billing team build systems that simplify claims and maximize reimbursement for independent practices. The role includes shipping AI features that real users rely on.

What you will do

Build systems that balance financial transactions among insurers, patients and practices
Handle inconsistent partner data and edge cases well
Ship AI features users depend on and detect when they fail
Improve a mature codebase while customers use it daily
Own production work and collaborate with support on incidents
Work with product and design to find and ship improvements quickly

What they look for

Five or more years of professional software development, eight or more for staff with technical leadership
Experience with alerting, observability and instrumentation for production systems
Clear communication with technical and non-technical people
Interest in building with LLMs

Nice to have

Production features built with LLMs or machine learning
A data-driven mentality
Python or PHP, and MySQL
TypeScript and React
