About the role

An engineer who leads technical onboarding for institutional clients, guiding them from contract signing to live production across order book connectivity and related crypto products.

What you will do

Lead end to end integration work for high value deals from technical kickoff through go live
Serve as the technical contact for clients connecting through CLOB FIX protocols and REST or WebSocket APIs
Guide institutional clients in configuring account funding, payouts, deposits and withdrawals, RFQ and staking
Walk client engineering teams through sandbox testing, connection setup, order flow validation and deployment
Diagnose and resolve integration blockers, API errors, payload issues and connectivity problems
Work with sales, solutions engineering, product and core engineering to hand off requirements and speed up go live

What they look for

Three to five or more years in integration engineering, technical implementation, onboarding, solutions architecture or a similar client fac
Deep technical experience with FIX protocol in institutional trading, exchange or market infrastructure settings
Hands on proficiency with web APIs
