Lead Analyst, Technical Implementation

About the role

This role supports HL7 interfaces built with Epic Bridges, helping clients connect their revenue cycle systems to data platforms. The analyst gathers business and technical requirements so integrations are scoped, built, tested and maintained properly.

What you will do

• Document and support integrations linking client revenue cycle systems with internal data platforms
• Build and deploy HL7 and EDI interfaces alongside REST APIs
• Gather business and technical requirements with product, engineering, vendor and customer teams
• Carry out workflow analysis and keep documentation current
• Handle several projects concurrently

What they look for

• At least five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 v2 and v3, X12, FHIR and JSON
• Five or more years working with Azure
• Solid analytical and business analysis abilities
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with database management systems, data profiling, transformation and validation

Pay

USD 101,600 to 152,400 per year
