What you will do
- Run workshops and meetings with US-based clients to gather requirements and document current and future processes.
- Build personas, journey maps and process flows, and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Keep the backlog in order and plan sprints, priorities and timelines with the tech lead and lead designer.
- Manage scope and change requests, note their effect on cost and schedule, and run user acceptance testing before handover.
- Use AI tools for analysis, documentation and prototyping, and mentor junior analysts.
