Lead Enterprise Software Solution Consultant

About the role

You will give technical sales support for software opportunities in a named or regional customer segment, leading presentations and product demonstrations and handling pre-sales technical questions across software and analytics offerings.

What you will do

• Support the account executive sales team across a growing, engaged customer base
• Identify client needs during discovery and support sessions
• Deliver product demonstrations to growing customers
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs and other tender documents
• Pass user feedback to the product organisation for enhancements or workflow improvements

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree
• Legal authorisation to work in the U.S., with no visa sponsorship available
• Willingness to travel 40 percent of the time

Nice to have

• Eight or more years in pre-sales, customer success, solutions consulting or a related B2B SaaS or enterprise software role
• CPA credential or five or more years of finance and accounting experience in solution consulting
• Five or more years in manufacturing or the maintenance and reliability industry
• Experience with product demonstrations, sales calls, enterprise software, SaaS, web and database technology
