What you will do
- Create and refine agent capabilities powered by current large language models
- Write Python backend services and APIs
- Craft prompts, workflows, retrieval pipelines and agent orchestration
- Measure model quality and improve it through repeated experiments
- Work with product and engineering colleagues to launch AI features
- Run and maintain scalable AI systems in production
