Senior Support Engineer, Platform

About the role

A senior support role focused on cloud and core platform stability for enterprise clients, acting as a technical bridge between customers, account managers and engineering. The position also involves building automation and AI-driven tools to scale support operations.

What you will do

• Provide technical support covering cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations and shared platform services
• Diagnose complex issues by examining logs, metrics and how services interact
• Help troubleshoot and analyse high-severity incidents alongside engineering teams
• Validate releases and platform changes for their impact on client environments and integrations
• Build internal tooling and automation, including AI-driven agents and workflows, to improve diagnostics and support efficiency
• Document recurring problems, patterns and operational insights to deepen platform knowledge

What they look for

• Degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proven background with cloud platforms, SaaS or distributed systems
• Solid grasp of APIs, integrations and communication between services
• Ability to read logs and metrics and reason about system behaviour across services
• Familiarity with scripting, automation or developing internal tools
