What you will do

  • Run all employee leaves from start to finish: FMLA, state and local programs, parental, military and personal leave.
  • Be the main contact for staff and managers on eligibility, paperwork, pay coordination and return to work.
  • Handle ADA accommodation requests, including medical review, option assessment and documenting decisions.
  • Keep leave records current in the HRIS and leave systems, tracking balances and return dates.
  • Work with payroll, benefits, HR partners and outside leave vendors so information stays consistent.
