Provide day-to-day legal support to a large LNG business across Asia, covering contracting, trading and infrastructure work. The role suits a commercially minded lawyer who works closely with business teams.
What you will do
- Support LNG supply, trading and infrastructure operations across Asia on a daily basis
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of LNG and energy commercial agreements
- Advise on trading matters including contractual, commercial and risk questions
- Guide infrastructure and development projects, reviewing and negotiating project documents
- Partner with commercial, trading and project stakeholders to spot and manage legal risk

- At least 10 years post-qualification experience
- Significant experience in LNG-related commercial transactions
- Commercially minded approach with practical advice in a trading environment
- Comfort handling complex, time-sensitive matters directly with the business
