About the role

Lead revenue cycle operations from patient entry through accurate account adjudication, improving processes and guiding a team toward strong cash collection results.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate revenue cycle operations from entry to adjudication, managing inventory through to close
• Build and roll out third party revenue cycle processes and efficiencies
• Keep policies, procedures and standards compliant and current
• Manage offshore staff across several time zones, balancing workload and delivery
• Report revenue cycle status, metrics and presentations to senior management
• Track business metrics, set internal goals and evaluate staff performance

What they look for

• At least three years of management experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to read, write and do arithmetic to investigate claims and apply contract rates
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask and meet daily and monthly performance goals

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management
