Overseeing global HRIS operations with a hands-on approach, configuring systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy. The role also shapes system strategy alongside senior HR and business stakeholders.
What you will do
- Lead complex cross-functional HRIS initiatives, including new modules and major enhancements
- Own the HRIS roadmap by aligning system strategy with organizational priorities
- Turn complex business requirements into scalable system solutions, flagging risks and dependencies
- Resolve highly complex HRIS issues through root cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Partner with IT and vendors on integrations, upgrades and security maintenance
What they look for
- Five or more years of hands-on HRIS experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated leadership of complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives
- Problem-solving, stakeholder management and project leadership skills
