At a glance

What you will do

• Oversee all MR equipment installations so each one finishes on time and to standard.
• Run the weekly MR schedule, which takes about eight hours because of constant movement.
• Manage a mechanical and field service engineering team under the MR modality director.
• Act as escalation point for MR project management support requests and lead cross functional turnover.
• Own team KPIs for cycle time, install quality and revenue targets, and improve installation and logistics processes.

What they look for

• Five or more years in supply chain management, project management and installation of capital medical equipment.
• A BS or BA in a related discipline, or an advanced degree.
• Solid technical grasp of MR installation criteria and the architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical elements involved.
• Intermediate understanding of construction and electrical or mechanical engineering, plus business acumen in finance and healthcare.

Nice to have

• A record of process improvement and new thinking.
• Experience managing and leading change across internal and external groups.
