What you will do
- Serve as the main advisor to clients on ticketing and event requirements
- Track client support service levels and make sure they are met or exceeded
- Tell clients about product updates, new features and self service tools
- Hold regular client meetings on best practices, timelines and feedback
- Direct installations, upgrades and maintenance of products at client sites
- Resolve problems by researching complaints and troubleshooting software, hardware and event issues

- Comfort with computers and the Microsoft Office suite
- Clear written and verbal communication and confident data presentation
