Executes the business development strategy to grow product specifications and revenue across commercial roof and wall channels. Works with sales, marketing and other functions to turn strategic opportunities into business results.

What you will do
- Drive the strategic plan to grow long-term business through more product specifications in commercial, industrial and institutional projects
- Identify emerging sectors and develop tactics to expand market opportunities for components
- Set up processes and best practices for gathering data insights and positioning products, using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, ConstructC
- Coordinate with marketing on specifications, document updates and testing requirements alongside engineering
- Attend customer meetings and industry events, and deliver lunch and learn presentations in the assigned territory
- Act as a customer advocate while working with operations, engineering, estimating, sales and marketing
