Director, Biometrics Strategy and Business Development

About the role

Lead commercial growth for biometrics services, including biostatistics, statistical programming and data management, and shape go-to-market strategy within life sciences.

What you will do

• Find, qualify and close new opportunities across biotech and pharma through networks and internal leads
• Pursue complex deals including end to end and functional service provider models
• Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce for senior leadership reporting
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and lead executive presentations and negotiations
• Align offerings with market needs alongside biometrics, delivery and product leaders

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree
• At least five years combined experience in data management, life sciences, technology or business development
• Deep industry knowledge and strong executive presence
• Ability to close complex deals in data management and biometrics services

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as MS, PhD or MBA
