Key Account Manager, Enterprise Mixed Market

About the role

Own a portfolio of around fifteen large enterprise accounts across mixed sectors, driving retention, renewals and growth while acting as the client's internal advocate.

What you will do

• Hold full commercial ownership of a complex portfolio covering renewals, pricing, expansion and risk
• Lead renewal and expansion negotiations end to end, including contract terms
• Track account health indicators proactively and act before clients raise concerns
• Build senior stakeholder relationships grounded in commercial insight and delivery
• Coordinate support, product and operations teams to resolve client issues and own the outcome
• Feed structured client insight back to product, support and leadership

• Experience running accounts with full commercial ownership rather than only relationship management
• Ability to manage a portfolio of large, commercially complex accounts
• Confidence in commercial negotiation, pricing and contract terms
• Skill at spotting risk and opportunity early using data and account signals
• Strong internal advocacy and cross-functional coordination
• Product conviction and ability to explain decisions to clients
