What you will do
- Guide a group of partner managers so engagements with assigned vendors stay consistent and well supported
- Keep staffing aligned with shifting partner demands and build deep expertise across partner books of business
- Act as the internal expert on service and operational relationships with assigned business partners
- Oversee vendor performance against contractual service levels and other agreed metrics
- Push partners to take corrective action and improve processes, and escalate urgent production incidents
- Negotiate with partner organizations at multiple management levels to secure preferential support
