What you will do
- Act as embedded counsel to product, engineering and design teams from early planning through launch
- Advise on the regulatory framework behind the product, including benefits, tax, insurance and licensing rules
- Own pre-launch design and disclosure decisions while partnering with compliance on regulatory review
- Review in-product disclosures, onboarding and enrolment flows, and product marketing materials
- Counsel on privacy, data use and AI features, and build scalable review processes and playbooks
- Identify protectable intellectual property and coordinate with IP counsel to protect it
