Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Support marketing leadership with campaign execution and project coordination. Help keep content, materials and reporting moving across teams and external partners.

What you will do

• Help marketing leaders carry out strategy and support campaigns
• Work with outside partners in a confident, professional way
• Track projects and initiatives and help see them through to completion
• Build and maintain content calendars and improve internal workflows
• Draft and proofread marketing materials and coordinate their distribution
• Support basic analytics, reporting and market research across channels

What they look for

• A degree, certificate or minor in marketing, communications, journalism or a similar field
• Organised, precise and thorough working style
• Solid written and spoken communication abilities
• Skill at setting task priorities so projects finish on time
• Knowledge of marketing vocabulary and ability to produce content and collateral
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

Nice to have

• Understanding of both business to business and consumer marketing
• Channel or product marketing experience
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Pardot or Marketing Cloud
