First design hire for a fast-growing AI search optimization platform. The role sets the visual identity and builds the design system behind every market-facing asset.
What you will do
- Audit and evolve the design system, documenting it in Figma for consistency
- Design landing pages and site sections in Webflow
- Build and maintain sales deck templates in PowerPoint plus one-pagers and case studies
- Produce ad and social creatives in volume with variants for testing
- Create product mockups, feature graphics and light motion for web, decks and ads
- Publish and hand off assets via Webflow CMS and email templates
What they look for
- Four or more years designing for B2B SaaS or an agency serving SaaS clients
- Portfolio showing one brand carried across a website, a deck and ads
- Expert in Figma with hands-on experience building and shipping live Webflow sites
- Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including reusable templates
- Strong typography and layout instincts with close attention to detail
- Fast and self-directed, turning short briefs into solid options
Nice to have
- Motion skills in After Effects, Lottie or Rive
- Basic HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with SEO or AEO tools
