Marketing Operations Intern

About the role

A summer internship on a customer insights team, giving hands-on exposure to resident feedback reporting, experience measurement and process improvement across a large property portfolio.

What you will do

• Gather and assess resident and customer input to spot trends across feedback channels
• Track key performance indicators used to measure satisfaction and business impact
• Triage resident concerns and support tickets, routing them by issue type and urgency
• Research satisfaction and resident experience trends and present findings in a capstone project
• Help senior staff with reporting and analysis for insight initiatives

What they look for

• Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029
• Preferred majors include marketing, communications, business or project management
• Quantitative background showing analytical and problem solving ability
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics
• Accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
