Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the role

You will manage the clinical side of full-service global trials in Australia, acting as the main link with sites and investigators while safeguarding subjects and data quality.

What you will do

• Prepare, conduct and report selection, initiation, routine and closeout monitoring visits
• Train, mentor and supervise junior CRAs on study level tasks
• Deliver training to investigators, site staff and project teams
• Handle site communication and management, and take part in site identification
• Support regulatory affairs with site documents and take part in audits and feasibility work

What they look for

• University degree in life sciences or equivalent education, training and experience
• At least four years of independent on-site monitoring in Australia
• Experience across all monitoring visit types in Phase II or III trials
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Strong planning, communication, collaboration and problem solving skills in a team setting

Nice to have

• Experience in inflammatory bowel disease, oncology or infectious diseases
