Manager, Client Onboarding & Operations

About the role

Own the full onboarding and deployment of client programs end to end, and support the client growth team with program management in a fast-moving clinical delivery setting.

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong ties with executives and key stakeholders at large enterprise clients
• Learn the company's programs, onboarding steps, ongoing program management, growth marketing and clinical operations
• Run discovery sessions and troubleshoot issues while managing internal and external teams
• Help refine and scale the onboarding process as part of a small, growing team
