Dealer Relationship Manager

About the role

Grow and manage relationships with auto dealers in an assigned region, selling retail and commercial lending products while keeping the dealer portfolio efficient and profitable.

What you will do

• Oversee dealer accounts across retail, commercial and remarketing products, tracking results through daily reports
• Meet dealers to review consumer and commercial lending offerings, build plans and advise on their needs
• Pursue new business through prospect meetings to hit annual sales and referral targets
• Visit customers regularly, answer questions, resolve problems and deliver sales presentations
• Coach newer and less experienced team members
• Contribute to unit policies by sharing new situations and solutions, keeping work within regulatory rules

What they look for

• A four year degree or comparable experience
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Broad knowledge of dealer finance products and services
• Strong sales and relationship building skills with dealer customers

Pay

USD 91,000 to 136,240 per year
