What you will do
- Own and deliver the sales plan, including ideal customer profiles, target lists and weekly forecasts within the first 60 days
- Build a repeatable sales process, qualifying counterparties, coding lost deals and keeping the CRM current
- Grow the arm's-length loan book across multiple borrowers at or above the credit-policy floor
- Onboard funds as customers for dollar loans, dollar yield and later bitcoin yield
- Work with partnerships, product and legal teams on distribution, pricing and terms

- Senior relationships with family offices, high-net-worth clients, funds, treasuries and bitcoin companies
- Fluency in credit and yield products such as secured lending, LTV, margin calls and yield versus T-bills
- A track record of building pipelines from scratch with strict CRM discipline
- Strong negotiation skills within a credit policy
