Support marketing and revenue operations for a high-growth B2B security company. Own campaign operations, reporting and cross-team workflows that keep go-to-market delivery smooth and scalable.
What you will do
- Run day-to-day marketing operations in Marketo, including admin tasks and campaign setup
- Build custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and manage campaigns, lead routing and status updates
- Translate technical constraints into clear commercial language for cross-functional partners
- Turn campaign delivery friction into predictable, scalable workflows
- Apply AI and automation tools to solve go-to-market business problems
- Interpret performance data and multi-touch attribution to evaluate campaigns
What they look for
- At least three years in marketing operations, revenue operations or go-to-market business partnering in a high-growth B2B setting
- Advanced hands-on Marketo administration experience
- Working Salesforce knowledge, including custom reports, dashboards, campaigns and lead routing
- Strong consultative communication skills
Nice to have
- Exceptional project management and organizational ability with close attention to detail
- Tech-forward mindset and curiosity about AI and modern automation tools
- Conceptual understanding of Looker or similar BI platforms and multi-touch attribution
- Experience in large, complex B2B enterprise environments and post-acquisition systems
