Strategic Project Lead, MD/Health

About the role

A remote leadership role combining medical expertise with project delivery, guiding healthcare data workflows and AI training initiatives for senior stakeholders.

What you will do

• Translate customer needs into project plans and healthcare workflow specifications
• Design and refine healthcare data pipelines and human-data workflows
• Coordinate expert review, annotation and evaluation processes
• Manage client communication on scope, quality, timing, progress and risk
• Apply medical judgement to project specifications and evaluation criteria

What they look for

• MD or equivalent medical degree
• At least two years in medicine, healthcare, clinical practice or medical research
• At least two years leading complex projects or operational workflows
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional or expert teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

• Experience with technical or data-intensive healthcare projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML organisations, data annotation or human-in-the-loop systems

Pay

USD 400,000 to 550,000 per year
