Media Buyer

About the role

Runs the paid social ad accounts day to day, testing creative, managing budgets and scaling what performs. Owns the performance numbers and reports on them clearly.

What you will do

• Manage Meta and TikTok campaigns, including structure, budgets and bidding
• Launch fresh creative into test campaigns and interpret the results
• Scale winning ads and stop underperformers after a fair test
• Track ROAS, CPA, AOV and contribution margin rather than platform metrics alone
• Coordinate with the creative team on upcoming tests
• Report performance regularly and clearly

What they look for

• At least two years running paid social for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands
• Experience handling substantial monthly ad spend
• Strong numeracy and ability to determine affordable customer acquisition cost
• Understanding of creative, since creative drives results
• Clear written communication

Nice to have

• Google Ads experience alongside paid social
