About the role

Own the daily running of paid social ad accounts, testing creative and scaling what performs. Track the numbers behind performance and report on them clearly.

What you will do

• Run Meta and TikTok campaigns, covering structure, budgets and bidding
• Push new creative into test campaigns and interpret the results
• Scale winning ads and stop losing ones once a test is fair
• Watch ROAS, CPA, AOV and contribution margin, not only platform figures
• Coordinate with the creative team on the next tests
• Report performance regularly and clearly

What they look for

• At least two years managing paid social for direct-to-consumer ecommerce
• Track record handling substantial monthly ad budgets
• Comfortable with numbers and able to calculate affordable customer acquisition cost
• Grasp of creative, since it drives results
• Clear written communication

Nice to have

• Google Ads experience alongside paid social
• Experience with Shopify and the wider funnel beyond the ad platform
