About the role

Support a busy primary care practice by handling patient calls, scheduling, chart review and message routing across three locations. The role requires clear communication with patients, including elderly callers.

What you will do

Schedule, reschedule and coordinate patient appointments
Navigate the EHR to review charts, history and messages
Route refill inquiries and clinical questions to the right team member
Document interactions and escalate unclear or urgent concerns
Follow office protocols and support communication between teams

What they look for

Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
Confidence speaking with patients, including elderly callers
Comfort reviewing patient charts in an EHR such as AdvancedMD
Ability to follow protocols and escalate when needed
Clear, professional and patient communication
Critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
