Mid-Market Account Manager

About the role

Own retention and growth for a portfolio of large strategic accounts, acting as a consultative partner who delivers premium service and works with internal teams to meet complex customer needs.

What you will do

• Handle contract renewals and take the lead in negotiations with clients
• Grow revenue and keep existing business within an assigned account portfolio
• Run business reviews for strategic customers
• Work with the construction success team to resolve complex client needs
• Ask for referrals and identify fresh opportunities to widen the account base

What they look for

• At least two years in inside sales with a quota and a record of beating targets
• Experience running projects that involve cross-functional contributors
• A natural ability to collaborate with many kinds of people, both internal and external

Nice to have

• One or more years of outside sales experience
