What you will do
- Build and look after fast backend microservices in TypeScript and Node.js, including AI-enabled ones
- Design and wire in LLM and AI features across the platform
- Create serverless pieces on AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and EventBridge
- Work with other teams on API-first design and OpenAPI specs

- Seven or more years of commercial backend work
- Hands-on TypeScript and Node.js experience
- A track record building API-first microservice architectures
- Practical work integrating AI services, LLM APIs or AI-assisted flows
- Experience with AWS serverless tools like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and EventBridge
- Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs
Nice to have
- ML or AI experimentation projects
- Work with recommendation systems or data intelligence platforms
