What you will do
- Audit home loan applications before submission and check supporting documents for completeness
- Assemble submission-ready packages for new loans, refinancing, restructuring, top-ups and refixes
- Contact clients to request missing verification items and give progress updates by phone and email
- Keep client files, notes and activity logs current in MYCRM and NZFSG
- Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, solicitors, agents and valuers to resolve conditions and order valuations
- Handle the director's inbox, calendar and contact database in Microsoft Outlook
