What you will do
- Administer and configure NetSuite and simPRO day to day
- Maintain forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, approvals and templates
- Act as first point of support for administration requests and incidents
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with third-party platforms
- Build operational reports and dashboards and fix data quality issues
