About the role

Handle network and firewall work from daily operations to projects, including VPN setup, network design and advanced troubleshooting. Join shift duties with the operations team and help the SOC respond to incidents.

What you will do

Troubleshoot deeply, including packet analysis and complex routing, switching and VPN faults
Add basic network automation with Ansible, Python or Bash
Work with the SOC to review firewall logs and help contain security incidents
Train new colleagues and take part in shift duties including nights and weekends

What they look for

At least five years of relevant professional experience, excluding studies and internships
Solid grasp of IPv4 and IPv6
First experience automating networks with Ansible, Python or Bash
Structured, independent working style with a focus on clean documentation
Fluent English and Spanish

Nice to have

German language skills
