  • Supervise NOC technicians and engineers across shifts, including scheduling, workload and performance oversight.
  • Act as incident manager on major incident bridges and coordinate teams to restore service.
  • Oversee the trouble ticket lifecycle and handle internal and customer escalations.
  • Mentor staff on troubleshooting and tools, and keep NOC documentation current.
  • Improve monitoring and automation, including scripts and workflows that cut manual work.
