  • Set the long-term vision and roadmap for the design system across web, iOS and Android
  • Prioritise the backlog and coordinate design and engineering workstreams for internal teams
  • Promote the system across the business, run outreach and feedback loops and quarterly surveys
  • Set quality standards, embed accessibility and define success metrics tied to OKRs
  • Align app work with Apple's Liquid Glass language on iOS 26 and Android edge-to-edge requirements
