Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care

About the role

Provide primary care for a patient panel with a wide range of needs, working mostly in clinic with one remote day. The position covers acute, chronic and preventive visits in a team-based setting.

What you will do

• Run a patient panel with diverse needs, handling acute, chronic and well visits
• Treat patients in the office or testing centers and do occasional telehealth visits
• Keep learning through weekly clinical rounds and other formats
• Collaborate daily with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Apply your clinical training and perform procedures in the office
• Secure additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care elsewhere

What they look for

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• Two years of outpatient primary care within the last five years, or one year plus a primary care fellowship or at least a year in urgent car
• California license obtained by your start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Able to communicate with and care for people of all backgrounds
• Skilled at using technology to deliver quality care
