Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care

About the role

Deliver primary care to a panel of patients, blending in-clinic visits with occasional virtual care. The role supports a modern, patient-centered model of accessible healthcare.

What you will do

• Own a patient panel covering acute, chronic and wellness needs
• See patients in the clinic, at testing sites and by telehealth
• Join weekly clinical rounds and other ongoing learning formats
• Coordinate daily with on-site colleagues and virtual clinical teams
• Apply your clinical training and perform in-office procedures
• Obtain extra state licenses and credentialing for virtual care

What they look for

• Graduated from an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• Holds a California license by the start date
• At least two years of outpatient primary care practice in the last five years, or one year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience
• Committed to human-centered primary care
• Communicates well and cares for people of all backgrounds

Nice to have

• Experience with LARC insertion such as IUD and Nexplanon, and with colposcopy
