What you will do
- Assess EHR vignettes that pair a question with a proposed answer and a misleading trap answer across diagnosis and treatment
- Rate benchmark items for vignette accuracy, completeness, answer correctness, gradeability and trap quality
- Verify that reasoning chains reach the answer from vignette facts alone, fix traces and write brief rationales
- Take part in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication

- MD or DO degree with an active unrestricted US medical license verified by the issuing board
- Board certification or completed residency plus recent direct patient care, attending level preferred
- Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency or hospital medicine
- Solid clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis, next-step management and evidence-based guidelines
- Strong written English at C1 level or above
