OCM Manager, AI Fluency and Transformation

About the role

Lead organizational change work that helps people adopt AI with sound judgment, pairing scalable learning with governance and measurement so new practices stick across the business.

What you will do

• Map current workflows end to end and find where AI can be integrated across operations, delivery, pre-sales and product
• Help design adoption and governance models, including sponsorship, metrics, feedback loops and guardrails, and support how they run
• Oversee scalable, model-agnostic learning that builds real judgment about when and how to delegate work to AI
• Curate practical resources so staff can use AI competently within everyday workflows
• Shape change management and training proposals that support client pursuits and long-term adoption
• Define what changed practice looks like per audience and tie adoption to business outcomes and employee experience

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree plus six to eight years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Ability to work both strategically, over multi-year horizons, and tactically on a single workflow or conversation
• Track record of building a team or function from scratch
• Experience deploying AI-focused initiatives that drive enterprise transformation
• Skill at measuring behavior change and connecting it to real business results
• Awareness of how AI tools, capabilities and norms keep evolving

Nice to have

• Prosci certified change practitioner or comparable change management certification
