About the role

Build and extend a new group finance system on Odoo 20, covering customisations, integrations and data migration. The role also supports the finance automation programme.

What you will do

• Create and maintain integrations with business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and banking systems
• Move historical data through scripted, repeatable loads checked against the source, with dry runs and cutover
• Work daily with a functional consultant on requirements and with a project manager on estimates and risks
• Keep technical documentation up to date and support the system after go live

What they look for

• At least three years of commercial Python development, with two or more years building custom Odoo modules on recent versions
• Experience connecting Odoo to external systems through REST APIs and Odoo external APIs, with solid error handling
• Hands on experience with data migration, scripted loads, validation and data quality checks
• Strong testing discipline with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, plus the initiative to deliver independently
