What you will do

• Submit a repository so its licensing potential can be assessed
• Review the evaluation based on the codebase and acceptance criteria
• Decide whether to explore licensing options if the repository qualifies
• Receive payment under agreed terms once a transaction closes

What they look for

• Ownership or legal rights allowing you to license the submitted source code
• Access to original repositories, including retired products or internal tools
• Software development background or ownership of an existing product or application
• Code free of third-party material you are not allowed to sublicense
