About the role

Provide the human review layer behind autonomous fundraising agents, monitoring donor replies, moderating content and handling support tickets so outreach stays accurate and safe.

What you will do

Review inbound donor replies across agent portfolios
Moderate content so donor conversations stay within fundraising guardrails
Triage support tickets and resolve routine ones or route them internally
Document recurring issues, donor trends, workflow gaps and escalation patterns
Create and maintain partner avatar videos after onboarding
