A finance role handling daily payment workflows, reconciliation and reporting, making sure funds move correctly and on schedule while working with banks and payment providers.
What you will do
- Process domestic and international payments and verify details and authorizations
- Investigate and resolve failed payments, chargebacks and discrepancies
- Document workflows, flag inefficiencies and propose automation
- Ensure transactions follow AML, KYC and internal control policies
What they look for
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics or business
- Two to three years in a comparable role
- Hands-on experience with payment processing and bank reconciliation
- Able to handle tight deadlines and high volumes
- Proven attention to detail, shown through reconciliation, auditing or data entry work
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Fluency in Russian
- Fluency in Spanish
- Fluency in Portuguese
