About the role

A performance marketing team needs a designer dedicated to paid social ad creative. The role turns campaign briefs into a steady stream of static, carousel and animated ads that measurably improve results.

What you will do

• Design graphic ad creative for paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Produce animated and motion based ads with transitions and text animation
• Create many test variations and resize concepts across feed, Stories and Reels formats
• Check every asset against platform rules and brand guidelines
• Work with the Creative Director and performance marketers, keeping assets organized

What they look for

• A portfolio showing strong paid ad creative for Facebook and Instagram
• Hands on skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Canva
• Ability to animate designs, not full video editing
• Experience adapting one concept to 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 placements
• Speed at producing high volumes of test variations without losing quality
• Familiarity with Meta specs, text overlay limits and restricted content rules
