Paid Search Account Manager

About the role

Manage and grow key paid search accounts for clients across many sectors, owning strategy, optimisation and long-term performance. Act as the main client contact and help shape team processes and innovation.

What you will do

• Drive long-term paid search performance and work with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives
• Serve as key client contact, engaging senior stakeholders and communicating performance at multiple levels
• Create and improve team processes, championing automation, systemisation and standardisation
• Build and deliver client growth plans focused on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Contribute to thought leadership, testing and innovation in paid search
• Maintain reporting to communicate paid media performance to stakeholders and assist with new business pitches

What they look for

• Deep PPC specialism in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with working knowledge of paid social
• Proven record of defining and implementing strategy for large-spend clients to drive positive ROI
• Strong communicator able to draw and explain insight from detailed reporting to peers and senior stakeholders
• Outstanding analytical skills, able to interpret test results and justify decisions that improve performance
• Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable with tools such as Claude and Asana for planning and reporting
